RETROFITS AND NEW BUILDS
An on-going project over the last three years to photograph each brand new build or deep retrofit of an existing store. Work normally started from 6am on the morning of the grand openings whilst avoiding electricians and builders finishing last minute jobs, cleaners tidying up around them, and staff prepping the kitchens for the influx of customers.
